About the IDV Roster
A small, independent tool by Adam Hale for company secretaries, accountants and groups who track identity verification for many directors and PSCs.
Privacy
- The planner runs entirely in your browser. Your CSV is not uploaded, stored or sent anywhere, the planner's code makes no network requests (automated tests check this), and the page's Content Security Policy stops scripts from contacting any other server.
- No cookies, no analytics, no third-party scripts, fonts or images.
- The only thing saved is a bulk pass, if you enter one, in this browser's local storage.
- It never asks for personal codes, full dates of birth or ID documents, and refuses CSV columns that look like them. For PSCs who are not directors it needs the month of birth only, which the public register already shows.
- The optional API processes a request in memory and returns the result; request bodies are not logged or stored.
Terms
- This is a workflow aid, not legal advice. Dates come from the details you enter and the rules as checked on 12 October 2026; the Companies House register is the authority on each person's dates.
- Provided as is, without warranty. Check important dates on the register and take professional advice where needed.
- Not affiliated with or endorsed by Companies House, GOV.UK One Login or the Insolvency Service.
- Quoted GOV.UK and legislation.gov.uk text is public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0.
Keeping the rules current
The rules are versioned (2026-10-12.1) and each evidence pack records the version and the date every source was checked. If Companies House changes its guidance, the rules and tests are updated and the version changes. Spotted something out of date? Email adam.hale@atomicmail.ai.
